When you buy an e-ticket, you receive it by email as a PDF with QR code, which allows you to pass the turnstiles to the cable cars. You won’t have to get an extra ticket at the cash desks.

Cancelling your unused tickets via your Starjack account is free until 8:00 a.m. on the day of validity. The already paid amount will be refunded and deposited in your Starjack account.
