The Falstaff Culinary Ski Days take place for the fourth time in the Zell am See-Kaprun region and on the Kitzsteinhorn. Gourmets enjoy haute cuisine and fine wine from top vintners in a breathtaking high-alpine setting.
The highest-located program item is held on April 4 on the Kitzsteinhorn: At the HOCHGENUSS in the Gipfel Restaurant on 3,029 meters, a gourmet dinner will be served amidst a breathtaking high-alpine backdrop.
On Saturday, April 5 the Kitzsteinhorn is THE place to be for all wine lovers, when three stations in the ski resort invite for wine tastings with local tapas at the Wine Flight & Tapas Delight.

Fine dining in a breathtaking high-alpine setting
The evening begins with a spectacular cable car ride, followed by an aperitif at 3,029 m.
In the Gipfel Restaurant, Salzburg's highest-situated restaurant at 3,029 m, 4-toque chef Philip Rachinger takes the guests on a unique culinary trip. Besides his four toques and four forks, 18.5 out of 20 Gault&Millau as well as 98 out of 100 Falstaff points prove the well-traveled Austrian is a real master of his craft.
Stefan D. Wellanschitz from Neckenmarkt in Burgenland and Katharina Gessl from Zellerndorf in the Weinviertel region accompany the evening with fine wines from their organically cultivated vineyards.

Three stations in the glacier ski resort invite for tasting the finest wines the Müller winery from the southern Kremstal and the Walter Glatzer winery from the Carnuntum have to offer.
- At the Sparkling Wine Flight in the Gipfel Restaurant at 3,029 meters, it's going to be fizzy and bubbly.
- The Red Wine Flight will take place in the Restaurant Gletschermühle at 2,450 meters.
- Award-winning white wines await in the stylish Skyline Bar in the Alpincenter at 2,450 meters Metern.
Finest local tapas accompany the culinary trip at all three stations.
