Jausenstation Unteraigen

Snack station over the rooftops of Kaprun

The German word 'Jause' means 'snack', and that's exactly what the 'Jausenstation' or 'snack station' Unteraigen has to offer – hearty traditional meals, to be enjoyed on the sun terrace with a view of the Kitzsteinhorn. The Rattensperger family sources the products for their meals from local producers or even their own farm, which also features a schnapps distillery.

Its location is perfect for a lunch break after a bike or hike tour in summer or during a ski day on the Maiskogel in winter.
